Walk & mark
Lead + owner confirm limits, tag retained trees, measure fences, check ownership and locate buried services before posts or stumps are disturbed.
Tree, shrub & fence removal, mapped to the walkthrough.
See what goes, what stays, and what it takes.
Planning estimate, not a measured survey or fixed quote. Quantities below are editable allowances. Optional wooden fence, embedded-fence tree removal, stumps and haul travel are excluded from base labor.
Buildings and objects are observed in the footage; their relative footprints are interpretive. The slight rear taper follows the requested visual interpretation and is unmeasured. Fence lengths, property lines, loading access and exact tree identities need field confirmation. Green tree symbols are representative, not an inventory.

Lead + owner confirm limits, tag retained trees, measure fences, check ownership and locate buried services before posts or stumps are disturbed.
Move loose objects by agreement. Clear small brush first. Set separate green-waste, metal and timber piles close to the verified loading route.
Book the large-tree removal near the garage. Have the arborist inspect both fence-embedded trunks before any fence cutting or pulling there.
Work through the remaining zones. Keep a hauler clearing as two people cut or dismantle. Rake, magnet-sweep fence debris and photograph completion.
Lead: scope marking, controlled cutting, fence dismantling.
Second worker: loppers, pruning and brush bundling.
Hauler: wheelbarrow/cart, sorting, loading and cleanup.
Allow 42–70 person-hours for the general scope, including 6–9 hours of setup and cleanup. About 2–3 site days for 3 people, excluding off-site haul travel. Keep all three together for bulky loads.
Loppers, pruning saw, hedge trimmer, brush cutter, rakes, tarps, wheelbarrow or narrow cart, bolt cutters, fence pliers, pry bar, sockets, shovel and post puller where approved.
Eye/ear protection, gloves, boots and saw PPE where used. Experienced saw operator only. First-aid kit, cones, straps, a cargo net and a magnetic sweeper.
3-person tree crew, climbing/rigging or access equipment selected after inspection, saws, chipper and chip truck. The large tree is explicitly referred to another tree service.
½–1 day is a placeholder for the large tree alone. Fence-embedded trees require a separate decision and estimate; stump/root removal is not assumed.
Brush, shrubs and small trees from A, C, D and E. Bundle branches, use tarps for light brush and a narrow cart for the side passage. Heavy sections: mechanical help.
Roll manageable sections; protect sharp cut ends. Separate steel for recycling. Posts and concrete footings are a separate weight allowance.
Dismantle into cart-sized pieces. Keep painted/treated lumber out of green waste. Dispose of it as accepted construction debris.
With 4 ft sides: 14.5 yd³ geometric volume; use 10 yd³ effective capacity for bulky brush. Confirm actual payload, axle, tire, hitch and tow ratings; volume never overrides weight.
Keep metal, green waste and treated wood separate. A tree service chip truck is preferred for the large tree and is outside this trailer estimate.
The side passage contains an A/C unit, trees and stored objects. Measure the tightest width and protect the condenser and siding. Start with a wheelbarrow or narrow garden cart; do not assume a mini skid steer or trailer can reach the backyard. Loading location and travel distance are not shown.
Machine-transcribed narration checked against visible scenes; ambiguous wording is flagged. No address or measured plan supplied.
